Something to make note of:
The aptartment is beside an elementary school, meaning there are bells and kids playing periodically through out the week days. The first bell starts at 8am.
Keep this in mind if you like to sleep in during the week, or like to work from home during the day.
Other info: the other side of the duplex is a two bedroom. currently living there are a late twenties female professional, and a late twenties UCB grad student, who is also the property manager/landlord.
Both are responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.
