I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Materials Science and Engineering at University of California, Berkeley . My Ph.D topic is "The Role of Complexing Agents in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) of Copper Thin Films". My advisor is Prof. Fiona M. Doyle. My research project is a part of the Small Feature Reproducibility (SFR) program under the supervision of Prof. Costas J. Spanos in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I also heavily collaborate with Prof. David Dornfeld in Mechanical Engineering and his students in the Laboratory for Manufacturing Automation (LMA).
