WELCOME TO THE HOME PAGE OF SERDAR AKSU

 

       I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Materials Science and Engineering   at University of California, Berkeley .  My Ph.D topic is "The Role of Complexing Agents in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) of Copper Thin Films".  My advisor is Prof. Fiona M. Doyle.   My research project is a part of the Small Feature Reproducibility (SFR) program under the supervision of Prof. Costas J. Spanos  in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.   I also heavily collaborate with Prof. David Dornfeld in Mechanical Engineering and his students in the Laboratory for Manufacturing Automation (LMA).
