Located at both UC Berkeley and LBL, we are a research group led by Andrew Minor that uses advanced electron microscopy-based characterization to investigate both organic and inorganic materials. Our focus is on nanomechanical size effects, characterization of soft materials, and novel in situ TEM methods for materials science research.
