Parking
Hourly public parking is available in GOLD ZONE on Level 2 of Lower Hearst Parking Structure, located at the intersection of Hearst and Scenic Avenues. Enter this structure from Scenic Avenue.
Driving Directions
Hearst Memorial Mining Building is a white building north of the Hearst Mining Circle. After parking on the Lower Hearst Parking Structure, walk east on Hearst, go through the Sutardja Hall, and the building will be on your left.
Coming from BART
The Downtown Berkeley BART station is just 1-1/2 blocks west of the UC Berkeley campus. Get off at the Downtown Berkeley Station, walk east on Center Street to the corner of Center Street and Shattuck Avenue. Go north on Shattuck Avenue for one block. Shuttles from downtown Berkeley to the campus perimeter leave from the corner of Shattuck Avenue and Addison Street. You want to take the Perimeter Shuttle to the North Gate stop. Cost is $1.00.
Alternatively, continue going on Shattuck, turn east onto Hearst.
Go past past Euclid Ave on Hearst, through Sutardja Hall on your right, and Hearst Memorial Mining Building is the white building on your left. It is about a 20-minute walk.
